While I am quite busy sorting and cleaning out the junk I recently hauled out of my bathroom so that your company could do toilet and floor work, I had to take the time to write a letter and tell you I am quite pleased with the outcome. All of the men that worked on the project were professional, pleasant, and hard-working: Joshua, Brian, Denton and Anthony, who put down the flooring. They showed up when promised and took all precautions to not drag dirt into our home and also to clean up very well. It is very much appreciated.
What drew me to your Yellow Pages ad was the warranty because I had just had this same bathroom “re-done” with toilet and floor only seven years ago almost to the day, except in July. It was quite hard for me to believe that all this deterioration was happening so soon AGAIN! I had noticed it slightly for about 4 years but did not address the problem because I could not even imagine that all the work that (plumbing company from Dixon) did was not holding up. Once the lino started peeling back slightly from the toilet and then getting worse separation and the toilet was “rocking” I knew I was in “deep doo-doo” ONCE AGAIN and just didn’t want to re-address this SAME problem so soon.
Although the work was costly coming in at $4050.00, the work done was excellent and the men so knowledgeable and honest to “work” with. The floor and toilet “feel” so secure again and we are very pleased with the ultimate “outcome” of this work.

Thank you and we wish your company well and will be recommending the work. We hope to not have to do business with you again, ha, but this is probably “wishful” thinking and plumbing problems certainly do happen. I always say I don’t know why owning a home and the expensive and time-consuming upkeep is considered “the American Dream” because sometimes it seems like a nightmare, but it’s part and parcel of life.
